Farewell is a theme that always accompanies life. The Grenzlandchor Arnoldstein already dedicated itself to this sensitive area in 2012 and 2016 with the CDs „Erinnerung - In Gedånkn bin i bei dir...“ and „Erinnerung II - Suach dir a Liacht ...“. With „Erinnerung III - Wårtn aufs Liacht“ this musical path is now continued and deepened.

The third recording combines the most popular songs from the first two CDs with new compositions - interpreted in the unmistakable sound of the Grenzlandchor.

Contributing artists are the harpist Eveline Schuler, the saxophonist Edgar Unterkirchner and the theologian and psychotherapist Dr Arnold Mettnitzer, who is known throughout Austria for his sensitive thoughts. The project was supported by Bestattung Kärnten GmbH.

This CD is intended to give comfort in times of farewell, to convey hope and at the same time to touch with wonderful old and new Carinthian songs.
