The Kredeli organic Johannisbrot spread tastes sweet, aromatic and nutty with a fruity cocoa flavour.
The origin.
The Kredeli organic carob spread is handmade in small batches by Giannis Kopanakis in eastern Crete. His carob trees grow in the village of Piskokefalo in the Sitia region.
The production.
The fruits of the carob tree are dried naturally and harvested by hand. A syrup is then made from it. Sixty per cent of the Kredeli organic carob spread consists of this syrup. Organic tahini (sesame butter) and organic hazelnuts are also added.
The use.
The Kredeli Organic St John's Bread Spread is perfect on any bread, as a dip for grissini & co and also in muesli or yoghurt.
