When two things that are already good in themselves are mixed together, it's often twice as good! This is certainly the case with bergamot - the citrus fruit is a cross between lemon and bitter orange. It is typically grown in the south of Italy. Bergamot has become famous for the fragrance it lends to Earl Grey teas - and rightly so, of course. The essence pressed from the fruit peel creates a cheerful and friendly atmosphere in any room when used in a fragrance lamp or diffuser.
