The book is a collection of traditional Carinthian recipes and dishes to remember and preserve them. From various soups, meat and vegetable dishes to the many types of Carinthian pasta specialities, pastries, desserts and baking recipes - Carinthian cuisine has a lot to offer.
The author, Gudrun Steinkellner, lives and works in Reichenfels. Before she started working as an editor and proofreader for publishing houses, she worked as a translator, home economics teacher and adult educator.
