The flavour.

Kredeli organic olive oil has a balanced, fresh and fruity flavour with a subtly bitter, spicy finish and the scent of fresh grass. Our olive oil is a purely natural product and is subject to the natural fluctuations of the respective season. The current 2025 vintage has an exceptionally complex flavour and is fresh and versatile.

The origin.

Our organic olive oil comes from small family businesses in the wild east of Crete. With its unique climate, the Sitia region of the Mediterranean's sunniest island, which is less developed for tourism, produces incomparably intense flavours.

The production.

Only Koroneiki olives of the highest quality are used for our exceptional olive oil. They are sustainably harvested by hand and gently cold-pressed on the same day. Only the olives of our friends are processed. With Kredeli olive oil, we give a guarantee of origin for every single olive. To guarantee this special quality, our olive oil is only available in limited quantities.

The use.

Kredeli olive oil tastes perfect with fresh white bread. It refines salads, antipasti, pasta or fish. Thanks to the purity of our olive oil, it is also perfect for frying up to 180 degrees.
