Incomparable flavour

A classic seed oil with a deep green colour and a wonderfully nutty aroma.
It is ideal for salads, creamy soups and for refining spreads. It also tastes delicious with vegetables, cheese and sausage salads or tomatoes with mozzarella. Our tip: Try it as a base for an egg dish or mixed with fresh horseradish and boiled egg - simply delicious!

Excellent quality

The oil is gently pressed from roasted pumpkin seeds and then bottled in its native state, i.e. without further treatment or denaturation.
From cultivation to roasting and pressing to bottling, everything takes place on our farm, allowing us to guarantee the excellent quality of our pumpkin seed oil. We regularly receive awards for this, e.g. gold last year at the Wieselburg oil award "Öl-Kaiser 2023"!
