The long grain rice is polished and cooks in about 15 minutes.
1 part long grain rice requires approx. 1.5 parts water.
Long grain rice is not very sticky and is mainly used for mixed dishes (combined with vegetables and/or meat) such as rice stews, rice pans and rice salads.
